About RG Connect

RoundGlass Connect is a discovery platform that helps our users find any fitness, health & wellness services like gyms, yoga studios, path labs, doctors, clinics, hospitals, etc.

The Problem

Gympik, a fitness discovery platform, was recently acquired by RoundGlass, a discovery platform for doctors and hospitals. Therefore, since Gympik fell under the RG umbrella, the pragmatic solution was to develop an approach that lets the platform run at a symphony since both share a similar domain as a search aggregator.

The Challenge

The challenge was to migrate the websites of the different genres into one and add booking request flow to all the use cases considering the consistency and future scaling.

The Solution

After doing certain competitive analyses, we came up with few solutions:

• Consolidated landing pages, later conducted a few A/B tests to understand better engagement
• List View & Map View for better search flexibility
• Appointment booking, package purchase & order lab tests
• Designed segregated details page based on the category.
