Traqade Connect is a white-collar application for our customers. It is an app for gym members that lets them get the best experience, from scheduling exercises post-covid to getting new offers on gym packages and fitness content to keep the enthusiasm flowing.
Based on our research, one of the most important things for a gym member is to know about the schedule or availability for a slot in the gym after covid guidelines.

Our customers raised these issues while I was interviewing a few of them; after evaluating the data, the product requirement was to develop a mobile app that lets the gym members access their package information and book a safe slot to maintain social distancing post-covid.
Since we had a lot of data from the earlier research we did for Traqade, we broke those down and ideated them based on the requirements. We came to know the result would be more of just a read-only product. The possibility of the user landing on an empty screen was pretty high as the entire app depends on the data provided by the gym owner. Therefore, we stretched our legs to introduce some relative design patterns, motion design, and playful & relevant illustrations, leaving a mark on the user's mind using emotional design strategies.
Since we already did our user research while starting up with Traqade. Therefore it was easy for us working with the gathered insights. While ideating, we realised we already had the holy grail ''the Traqade Design system'' designed to be scalable and consistent. So the immediate solution of a style guide was ready for Traqade Connect. We spent most of our time solving group classes slot booking, Schedule flow, some detailed work on Ux writing, illustrations and Motion design (Lottie files).
